Well gotta say install on my car was a real PITA. Have an 18 accord 2.0T touring, ktuner stg 2, PRL HVI V2, precisions works 70A rear torque mount, now PLM downpipe and frontpipe, and a hirev active valve exhaust sitting in my garage waiting to go on. The install was rough just because of the tight spaces with no room to remove bolts or inability to even get a wrench on a bolt. Definite a glove job when the spaces allows. My hands were bleeding most of the time honestly. The exhaust flashing underneath is razor sharp in places. My car has 101k on it so every exhaust fastener was rusted badly. I soaked them in penetrating oil and was able to get the downpipe bolts off with a cheater pipe. However, the frontpipe rear bolts were a nightmare. I ultimately had to use wd40, torque and an air impact gun to hammer them off. Also, make sure you use a large Phillips on those skid plate bolts because they round out ridiculously easy. Also, I had no fitment issues, just lined everything up loose and tightened downpipe back. I finally got it all back together and gotta say I really like it. The exhaust note from the rear isn’t changed much but you can definitely hear a difference in the downpipe. You get a nice throaty high flow sound to it and in cabin engine noise. The torque mount makes the most difference there by the way if you want more sound and some vibration. The car feels like it gained a little responsiveness as well. I love these 2.0T accords, I came from a 10th gen hybrid accord and these things are quick for a family sedan. Keep up the fantastic affordable work PLM!
Felt good about the product after speaking with Frank. Purchased both and shipping was great! Quick! Packaged nicely. Went to YouTube for installation guidance. Found the bellmouth of dp was slightly small and I had to shave 1mm around so it would sit flush against the turbo. Had to drill a hole in top of the heat shield for fitment. Came with all hardware and gaskets for job. Fitment of factory heat shields good, fp fits nicely. Sound is actually quite good. You can hear the exhaust better than before! Car feels quicker but really can’t tell until I probably get a custom tune. Running Ktuner stage 2 with PRL drop in filter and silicone intake hose. Stock rims with 255/35-19 tires. Overall happy with dp and fp! Great job PLM! Would recommend!
